We design, build, and operate cloud-native software systems. Concretely: AI/ML integration (LLMs, RAG pipelines, workflow automation), multi-cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, OVH, and Hetzner (Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD), backends in Go and Python, frontends in React and Next.js, e-commerce engineering on Shopify, WooCommerce, and BigCommerce, and security and compliance work including SOC 2.
Our studio is in Bilimora, Gujarat, India. We serve software teams in India, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Europe. Our hours overlap US Eastern and most European business hours.
Rishi Rathod founded Stellavix. He is a technical lead with more than four years of hands-on DevOps, cloud architecture, and AI/ML integration experience and continues to write code and review architecture personally.
Stellavix is a small, senior team. The engineers you talk to in the first call are the ones writing your code. There are no account managers, offshore relays, or junior staff billed at senior rates.
A short discovery call, a written proposal within a week, then two-week sprints with demos every other Friday. Decisions are written down. You retain full ownership of cloud accounts, GitHub repositories, and intellectual property.
Three brackets. Audits (a fixed two-week review of an existing system) start around ₹1.5 lakh. Sprints (a scoped 4–12 week build) range from ₹8 lakh to ₹25 lakh. Retainers (an ongoing senior engineer engagement) start around ₹4 lakh per month with a minimum of three months.
Yes. A typical first review pulls 20–40% out of a cloud bill through rightsizing, Graviton migration (AWS), committed-use discounts (GCP), storage lifecycle policies, and disciplined use of savings plans applied to a corrected baseline rather than pre-audit waste.
Yes. We approach SOC 2 as an architecture problem rather than a paperwork exercise. We have taken seed-stage teams from no compliance baseline to SOC 2 Type 1 in 14 weeks, with Type 2 observation periods starting on day one.
Yes. We build production AI systems: LLM integrations, RAG pipelines with real vector search and evaluation, ML model deployment and serving infrastructure, and workflow automation. We focus on AI that holds up under real traffic, not notebook demos.
AWS, GCP, OVH, and Hetzner are our primary platforms. We design cloud-agnostic architectures where appropriate, and we have experience migrating teams between providers. We are not locked to any single vendor.
Yes. We work across Shopify (custom apps, storefront extensions, B2B portals, ERP integrations), WooCommerce and WordPress (custom plugins, API integrations, performance optimization), and BigCommerce (headless builds, catalog and checkout engineering). We are not a theme studio — we build the backend systems that power storefronts.
Infrastructure: Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD. Cloud: AWS, GCP, OVH, Hetzner. AI/ML: LangChain, OpenAI, Hugging Face, Pinecone, Weaviate, PyTorch. Backends: Go, Python, Node.js. Frontends: React, Next.js, TypeScript. Data: Postgres, Redis, Kafka, DynamoDB, BigQuery. Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, SigNoz, Datadog.
Yes. Our partner programme is designed for agencies and consultancies who want to win larger briefs without growing their delivery team. We work under your brand or in the background, and commission terms are published on our partner page.
Most engagements kick off within 2–3 weeks of a signed SOW. Urgent rescue work (a stalled migration, a failing deploy, a security incident) can start in days.
